The studio

We buy, entitle, design and build. One small team carries each project from the first site walk to the day the keys change hands, so the house is thought through as a whole rather than handed between strangers.

Forme Homes is a designer- and builder-led developer working across the Peninsula and South Bay. We take on single-family renovations, new construction, lot splits and mixed-use buildings.

All projects

Working with us

  • Most of our projects begin with a call from an agent. We pay a full commission on the purchase, twice the usual, and three times when you also list the finished home. Offers are all cash and the close is set to your seller’s timeline, as short as seven days. You will hear back within one business day, and the answer will be a clear yes or no.

  • We take on a small number of capital partners on individual projects. Each one is underwritten before we buy, built by our own team, and reported on from acquisition to sale. Ask us for the track record.

  • If the house needs work, we are the buyer who already plans for it. You sell as it stands, with no repairs, staging or showings, and choose the closing date that suits you. Your agent is welcome at the table and is paid in full.

  • We keep a steady pipeline of Bay Area work and we pay on time. If you do careful work and want a long relationship rather than one job, introduce yourself.
